Very bad experience. My experience with käyttöauto service is that they focus on ripping off the customer for money but not on helping the customer at all. Would never recommend anyone to use this service because there are so many other better service providers who actually have some customer focus left.

Service appointment booked online about 3 weeks ago at 12:00 --- 12:35 car is parked?? Now it's 1h 45min and eco-service continues!! So the appointment was booked from 12:00.
